    You can also find us slinging pies at farmers markets, Festivals and Local Events.

    About us

    Urban Pie is a mobile wood-fired pizzeria. We mounted a 3000 pound Valoriani brick oven from Italy on the back of our custom trailer. Our pizza is thin-crust and naturally leavened before it cooks at 900 degrees. We import flour, tomatoes, and mozzarella from generational producers in Italy. And are very serious about creating a Neapolitan style pie, but not to serious. We like to allow ourselves a little fun in utilizing seasonal ingredients from local farms, artisans, and most importantly the people and the relationships around us.

    COMMUNAL TABLE AT THE FARM
    Join us on local farms for the ultimate social dining experience. Each month we feature inspiration from Italian regional cooking, the farm, and our wood burning oven. So join us at the table and let us break bread together.
    PIZZA COOKING CLASSES
    Sip on a craft beer or prosecco while learning the secrets of making Urban Pie from our own Pizzaiolo Jason Winters. Learn how to light the fire, the secrets of making dough, stretching, topping and even cook your own pie in the wood burning oven.

    Our catering packages include 2 hours of unlimited pizza. For larger parties we can customize your special occasion to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Choose from our Salads, The Mozzarella Bar, Artisan cured meats and salamis, and Our Hand Made Artisan Pasta station.
